Banana Tower Raw Pie: Directions

  • Using a knife, cut the bananas lengthwise into thin slices.
  • Using a mandoline or knife, cut the apples into thin slices, saving half of one apple to combine with dates and blueberries.
  • To prepare the sauce, add half of one chopped apple with pitted dates and 4 ounces of blueberries to a food processor and pulse until chopped to your liking.
  • Build Banana Tower Raw Pie by adding a layer of sliced bananas on a plate or bowl, adding a layer of apples on top of the bananas and then topping with the sauce. Repeat. Top with the remaining blueberries.
